Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hikazio Studio. Following are the terms and

conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

There are two time periods in which your order will progress.

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on

weekends or holidays.

Transit Time: 

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. The package in transit take an estimated 3-5 business days to reach your destination domestically. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Deliveries are made by USPS only. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Hikazio Studio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO

Addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your

tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

**Hikazio Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All

fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)**

Damages

Hikazio Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during and due to shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you believe the item was damaged prior to shipment, please contact us via hikaziostudio@gmail.com. 

International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

By purchasing from Hikazio Studio internationally, you agree to the following terms.

Processing time: International orders are processed within 7-14 business days to ensure buyers understand the terms and conditions of their order. 

Transit time: International orders will be in transit anywhere between 7-14 business days. 

Hikazio Studio is not responsible for any packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. 

By purchasing from Hikazio Studio internationally, the buyer is responsible for providing the most accurate mailing address including your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER. Failure to do so may cause the package to be lost in transit. Hikazio Studio is not responsible for any package that may be lost in transit due to mailing address error.
